We have multiple openings for experienced Sr. BD / Business Developers professionals who have at least 2 to 6 year experience in elance, odesk and freelance in IT Software Development / Internet Digital Services Company and should have a handy clientele reference list (International & Domestic).

Job Location: Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi
Compensation: INR 2.0 lacs to 7.0 lacs + Incentives/Commission

Job Description

1. Manage entire Sales life-cycle including identifying business leads and drive profitable business.
2. Preparing action plans, identifying target market and gathering relevant data for the same.
3. Making cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients for business opportunities.
4. Excellent experience in Lead Generation Process (Pre-Sales Activities, Data Mining, Campaign’s, Mailers, Phone Calls)
5. Should have working experience in generating lead from various domains such as E-commerce, Custom Web Development Projects based on Microsoft & Open Source Technologies, CRM, SCM, Online Booking System, Hospital Management, App Development etc.
6. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
7. Must have experience in handling overseas clients (handling domestic client would be add on, but not mandatory)
8. Prepare necessary presentations and proposals for clients.
9. Should keep coordination between the client & technical team for in time delivery.
10. Planning and analyzing the projects in hand.
11. Ability to work independently, take initiative and contribute to new ideas in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setup.

1. Should have strong understanding of IT Services / Digital Marketing industry
2. Should have experience in lead generation / BD / Market Research
3. Must be well organized, knowledgeable, and a strong communicator across many levels of management including top Corporate Officers.
